Moments that Matter
From the AZ Valley to the CO Hilltop
March 1, 2019 by Jennifer A. BarefootChief Brand Officer
On March 1, 2019, DMB Community Life began leading community management services for Inspiration Community Association, Inc., aka Hilltop Club at Inspiration.
Our team is settling right in, collaborating with Hilltop neighbors to shape life in this beautiful and unique 55+ community – part of the all-ages community, Inspiration, in Aurora, Colorado. With parks, open space and rolling hills – and plans to preserve nearly 30 percent of the community – Inspiration is Colorado living at its finest.
Selected by Inspiration’s developer, Newland, for our expertise in community engagement, DMB Community Life’s Colorado-based team is committed to working in partnership to achieve the long-term vision and plan for Inspiration and to activating Hilltop Club in purposeful ways.
We’re fortunate to have neighbors who want to engage and connect, including a group of volunteer leaders in Hilltop’s Resident Advisory Committee. We’re also fortunate to have a beautiful place to gather: Hilltop Club – the community’s resort-style facility, exclusive to Hilltop residents – serves as the heart and hub for neighbors. And
it’s got an incredible view too.
The Club is the gathering space for formal events like our Friday Night Concert Series and later this summer our inaugural Block Party, to informal opportunities like coffee and bagels or pool-side lounging. It’s the place where residents with shared interests meet to play bridge and Mah Jongg or to watch a Broncos or a Rockies game. It’s also where members stay healthy with exercise, cooking, and art classes; pickleball or bocce games; swimming; and working out at the fitness center.
So, here’s our incredible team members facilitating the magic of life at Hilltop:
Christine Jackupovic, Manager of Community Engagement, leads on-the-ground engagement and amenity operations. A seasoned “community lifer,” she helped launch the programs and experiences at Victory at Verrado’s, The Victory Club. Lucky for DMB Community Life and Hilltop, Christine and her family were game to relocate to Colorado.
Karen Klein, Director of Community Engagement, leads the strategic development and execution of our resident engagement plan, including community partnerships.
Tonee Garcia, Manager of Community Operations, oversees community governance including board meetings and amenity maintenance.
