Where We Are
Verrado’s small town charm is palpable. It can be seen in the tree-lined streets, front porches, miles of paths and trails, and plentiful neighborhood parks. It can be felt in the neighborly connections made in ordinary interactions like walking the kids to school and shopping on Main Street, and also in the extraordinary annual community celebrations.
Life in Verrado is special, some even say magical. In fact, residents love living in Verrado so much so that year-over-year they continue to be the community’s top referral source for new home sales. Since Verrado’s founding in 2004, DMB Community Life has been the team behind the magic, managing three distinct yet complementary nonprofit entities to realize the community vision.
Our Community Life team oversees the association governance requirements, managing Verrado’s special amenities and landscapes, including the iconic tree-shaded streets and plentiful neighborhood parks. We also oversee programming, including signature events like Founder’s Day – a weekend-long celebration of Verrado’s heritage that has included performances from B-52s, Blues Traveler, Rachel Platten and more; philanthropic volunteer service programs like The Giving Tree; and leadership development programs like Verrado Leadership, Community Pride, and Verrado Utilities Council.
